ORAL HISTORY:
TARA: I jammed a lot with Ben and Matt. Ben's brothers were in Tumbleweed and Jay from Tumbleweed used to have a jam night at Balgownie Community Hall. So we used to go jam with him there. We played a show at the Youth Centre with Jay and we played one other outdoor Youth Festival at the same Youth Centre. It wasn't a band as such but my first experience with starting to perform live. There was no name for the band so Matt came up with 'Chunky Devon and the Spew Monkeys' on the day of the Youth Festival gig. It started to get harder to get everyone together to jam... Ben was always keen but Matt kinda drifted away to other things. I then joined Kamikaze Harry.
