SUMMARY: After the short-lived band The Notebooks broke up, Sepansky and Rodger started a new three-piece with Lucas Woods in 20090. The band played a handful of shows and recorded an EP with Tim Walter at Release Studios. Woods left The Crunch to join another band, Batfoot, and Koby Geddes (Bagster) filled in on guitar for The Crunch's last show. The band stopped being active shortly after.

ORAL HISTORY:
SEAN: When The Notebooks played a party in Gosford in 2008, a fella named Lucas Woods expressed interest in starting a band with Alex and I. Alex had asked me if I wanted to be in another band with him, part new material, part playing old Extra Limb stuff again.

SEAN: Lucas left while we had a show booked at the Lansdowne, and I asked Koby if he would care to play for us that night. He said sure, and after two weeks rehearsal, he nailed it.
